My drive to help others is deeply personal. As a mother of two autistic sons, I’ve walked the path you’re on, navigating the complexities of mental health and seeking solutions when mainstream medicine couldn’t provide answers. My personal experiences with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia have given me unique insights and tools that I now share with others. I believe my sole purpose is to help those who are struggling with mental health & past traumas to accept and love their true, authentic selves.

Reprogramming Your Mind

Your beliefs are the operating system of your mind, shaping your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and, ultimately, your reality. If we don’t address these core beliefs, any changes we make will be short-lived. I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and subliminal reprogramming to help you shift these deep-seated patterns and create a mindset that supports your well-being.

Emotional Level


Releasing Burdens & Integrating the Self

If you’re dealing with ADHD, anxiety, or depression, chances are your gut health is compromised. The gut is crucial for the production of neurotransmitters like serotonin, which play a key role in your mood and overall mental health. Beyond gut health, I’ll guide you on how to detoxify your body, from harmful substances in food, water, and air to educating you on how to process and release stored emotions that may be contributing to your physical symptoms.

Through safe and effective techniques like meditation, breathwork, and self-love practices, I’ll help you release emotional burdens and integrate unhealed parts of yourself. We’ll explore the quantum structure of reality to manifest the life you desire from a place of deep internal alignment.

ADHD Identification

This assessment provides individuals with self-awareness, practical advice, and tools to self-manage the symptoms of ADHD without the need for medication.

Dyslexia Diagnosis

This assessment provides a full diagnosis of Dyslexia and meets the criteria for DSA application.

Dyspraxia Diagnosis

This assessment provides a full diagnosis of Dyspraxia and meets the criteria for DSA application.
